Built for the 2007 Pan American Games, Rio Arena was the first space in Brazil to be designed along the lines of the largest and most modern arenas in the world. Since then, it has consolidated its position as one of the most important venues in the city for any type of event – ranging from sports competitions to corporate events and major international concerts. The only international standard multipurpose space in Brazil, Rio Arena has versatility as one of its greatest advantages, and it offers the possibility to adjust the internal layout to the size of the event, due to its modular structure.
Its operation, with retractable stages and bleachers, offers dozens of layouts to organize events with audiences ranging between 300 and 18,000 people. Fully air-conditioned, it houses several corporate and Christian events, as well as concerts in various formats and sizes.
Prepared to host events of various segments such as: Christian events, test drives, product launches, celebration parties, award ceremonies, corporate events, conventions, proms, fashion parades, training sessions and exhibitions. It offers facilities such as air conditioning, WiFi, corporate boxes, car park, production support rooms, dressing rooms, locker rooms and auditoriums for press conference.
